Cross-trial adverse-event safety profiles for NF-targeted agents. Risk ratios with 95 % Wilson / log-CI relative to a chosen reference, severity-stratified by CTCAE v6.

How to read this page
Reporting rate p̂
x / N where x = events at that grade for that AE, N = enrolled / evaluable population.
Risk Ratio (RR)
p̂_target / p̂_reference. RR = 1 → no difference; RR > 1 → AE more frequent vs reference. Log-scale, 95 % CI per Katz et al. 1978.
Risk Difference (RD)
p̂_target − p̂_reference, in percentage points. NNH = 1 / RD when RD > 0 (one extra patient harmed per N).
95 % CI
Wilson score for proportions; log-transform for RR; Wald for RD. Bracket [lo–hi].
Significance flag
Solid marker / bold notation when 95 % CI excludes the no-effect value (1 for RR, 0 for RD).
Continuity correction
Haldane–Anscombe (+½) applied when any 2×2 cell is zero, marked with ★.
CTCAE grade
NCI Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events v6.0: 1 mild, 2 moderate, 3 severe, 4 life-threat, 5 death.
Median / mean grade
Event-weighted: each (term, grade, frequency_n) tuple contributes frequency_n occurrences at that grade.
